Writing a Business Plan Outline

Writing a business plan outline allows you to create a road map for your journey to success. It helps you to develop your business goals and strategies and provides you with a better understanding of the marketplace. It is very important that once your have developed a business plan you use it as a working plan. Refer to it regularly to remind yourself of your business’s destination. Don’t just stick it in the back of a desk drawer.

Don’t get too uptight about this important task. Creating a useful business plan is not difficult. Just keep it simple but realistic. One or two pages should be all you need.
